Christmas

This is the time of year when people who celebrate Christmas are busy running around to parties, shopping malls, stores, and all kinds of places near and far. For what?

There is a lot that we DO as humans. Most of the time we are human doings instead of human beings. We are made in the image of God and to celebrate the birth of Jesus is to celebrate the wonderful freedom and victory we have because of Love. It will suffice to say that to be is to abide and Jesus told us to abide with Him, being fully God. He said that we are the branches and He is the vine. We get our life from Him and more importantly, we are so intimately and intricately connected to Him that to try to DO anything would be not abiding, thus killing!

This season and forever, abide in Jesus. Let life freely flow to you and simply be in Him.
